Previously, Verity was a news presenter in Norwich, Bahrain and London. After completing a degree in Psychology, she obtained a post graduate Advanced Diploma (Professional Training) in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, a BACP accredited course with CPPD in London. This provided a solid foundation in the major approaches of Psychodynamic Concepts and Person Centred Counselling. 

 

Verity:

  • attends at least 90 minutes of clinical supervision per month
  • completes at least 30 clinical hours of continual professional development per year
  • is a registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
  • is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society
  • has enhanced DBS clearance
  • has appropriate professional civil-liability/indemnity insurance
