Low Mood, Sadness, or Depression

Feeling low or weighed down by sadness can make even everyday tasks feel difficult. You may notice a lack of energy, a loss of interest in things you used to enjoy, or a sense of disconnection from others. These feelings can sometimes feel overwhelming or hard to put into words. In counselling, we can create a supportive space to explore what you’re going through.

 

Together, we can work towards understanding your experiences and finding ways to bring more lightness, balance, and hope back into your life.

Counselling can’t take away depression overnight,
but I can support you in:

  • Feeling less alone and more supported

  • Exploring possible causes of your low mood

  • Reconnecting with hope, meaning, and things that bring you joy
