Stress or Burnout

Stress can build up over time, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unable to switch off. Burnout may show up as constant tiredness, irritability, or a loss of motivation, even for things you once enjoyed. In counselling, you’ll have space to slow down, reflect, and understand what’s contributing to your stress.
