....based near Virginia Water, Surrey, I have, over the past thirteen years’ or so, worked with teenagers and adults, including counselling teenagers in a boarding school and at a youth support service in Bracknell, Berkshire.
I assist individuals aged twelve and above, who are navigating through difficult periods. These challenges may encompass relationship stresses, depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, low self-esteem, and issues related to boundaries and communication.
I hold an APT (Association for Psychological Therapies) Accredited Level 2 certification in Trauma-Focused CBT, applicable to all age groups. As an integrative psychotherapist, I use several types of therapy, including CBT,
Person-Centred, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness and Compassion Focussed Therapy.

My Goal
I provide professional psychological support in a reliable, calm, and confidential setting where you can explore your feelings and gain new perspectives. My goal is to help clarify concerns so you can make informed decisions, handle challenges, or pursue positive change.

My Approach
My integrative approach combines Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I help clients with PTSD, CPTSD, relationship issues, assertiveness and boundaries, depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, loss, loneliness, and low self-esteem.
